What to Look For

155mm long, 19mm cap diameter. 'The King of Pens.' Marketed from 1914. Jack Knife screw cap most common. Earlier slip cap versions rarer. Short-size variant with wide cap band from c. 1920. Trench pen variants stored ink pellets under blind cap. #12 gold nib. $10 originally. Barrel: 'GEO S. PARKER JANESVILLE' with Lucky Curve banner.

155mm long with a 19mm cap diameter, even larger than the Red Giant.1 #12 gold nib. $10 originally. Primarily found with a Jack Knife Safety screw cap (the most common), though earlier slip-cap versions exist.1

The Ultra-Giant

A related model — the Parker Ultra-Giant (c. 1912) — measured 224mm (8.75 inches) and contained a hidden miniature Red Baby pen inside its hollow end piece. Only about 12 were made.1
